上传源文件，头文件以及Makefile；rtu表中电度召唤周期，作为func16写6word年月日时分秒的对时起始可读可写寄存器起始地址，在小于110时默认为110（即寄存器地址40110）；rtu表中的同步（对时）时间在代码中会*60，即表中数据表示为分钟，当无数据时，默认对时间隔为1小时。
