rtu表中电度召唤周期,作为func16写6word年月日时分秒的对时起始可读可写寄存器起始地址
func3读扫描word转换为16位di

2019年的代码
需要为15号线现场编译为libmdTcpc3psd15.so文件名程序
希望11月16日前完成

上传源文件,头文件以及Makefile;rtu表中电度召唤周期,作为func16写6word年月日时分秒的对时起始可读可写寄存器起始地址,在小于110时默认为110(即寄存器地址40110);rtu表中的同步(对时)时间在代码中会*60,即表中数据表示为分钟,当无数据时,默认对时间隔为1小时。
