Description

目前整理出了PSCADA的所有功能接口以及EMCS的部分功能接口，但是冗余且不必要，需要与世勋以及镇宇协商讨论，对接口进行修改优化

PSCADA整理完毕，功能的完善已开始进行，目前点击设备，关于设备的所有可查信息都可成功显示；其他系统如EMCS等后续补充
