Description

某些功能,比如Feature 50,51两个新增加的功能,只允许在非17号线上使用.17号线不能使用,所以需要在C3cctvUi.ini里面增加一个配置参数来区别.
参数名为DigAnaCCTVtype,值为0,1
解释如下:
按cctv类型区分,原老的模拟视频摄像头用矩阵做的用Analog，当前的数字视频CCTV用Digital
0或不填==Ana（56789线），1==17号线Dig，2-后面的预留
