Description

“用户权限区域在线更新”功能更改了librbac.dll的接口、调用方式，受影响的程序需要同步修改；
比如可能的程序ehmi、em_bbd、ehview等需要更改；
此feature目的是记录所有更改程序的更改内容。

用户权限区域服务化：ehECPshow.exe、ehmi.exe、ehview.exe、ehdbo.exe做了同步修改，后续服务化添加在线修改功能可能会继续修改，不关闭此Feature;
ehECPshow.exe更改了获取权限区域列表信息方式；
ehmi.exe优化了部分接口调用方式，增加了时钟每5s更新本地节点信息；
ehview.exe增加了时钟每5s更新本地节点信息以及CString更改格式化字符串方式，防止崩溃；
ehdbo.exe修改调用ehcfg.exe的方式，防止调用失败，以及保存功能生效就更新本地节点信息；
