Description

链路参数表是一个视图，用于获取 rtu参数表和通道参数表联合的信息；
其中一个条件RTU子终端号要求-1; ehdbo新建数据默认是0，导致链路参数表无法显示；

新改版的 链路参数表不在要求 RTU子终端号 = -1 这个条件；
