在192.168.2.236 moxa da682环境搭了一个复现环境
semodel.db配置104c采集192.168.2.80Dcdebug的3405端口
2401端口转发104s
测试复现过程：
1）192.168.2.190客户机用104c测试程序连接moxaFEP的2401端口
2）拔掉192.168.2.190的网线
3）另找一台客户机192.168.2.130，用104c测试程序连接moxaFEP的2401端口，socket能建立，但发送起始帧moxa不回答
等待1小时，客户机192.168.2.130，用104c测试程序连接moxaFEP的2401端口，socket能建立，但发送起始帧moxa还是不回答
ssh远程登录moxaFEP，netstat -ano 查看190ip机器的2401端口socket链路还是on在线状态
