Description

1.plugin_sysQt/plugin_sys.pro增加了对revt,revtRds的编译；
2.目录qt_app\plugin_sysQt\in_revt下in_revt.pro和in_revtRds.pro分别对应实时库与redis版本的告警；
3.使用redis版本告警需要先安装/启动redis服务，以及配置cfg/rdsset.ini，以及修改em_apsrds.dll改为em_aps.dll...
