Description

4号线控3号线摄像头协议接口3：cascoCctv.dll发给矩阵协议的decode错误，ehmi界面下发的decode是固定的，从配置文件里面读取的decode的点代码，不能作为区分3号线和4号线摄像头的标志；

发给矩阵协议的decode从配置文件里面读取
[FepAndCascoAndMatrixMsg]
MatrixRtuNo=2
CascoDecode=5
SendToMatrixRtuDecode=8 表示发送给矩阵协议（接口2）的decode，不可缺省
CctvSendCmdTimeOut=5
