Description

1.修复提出的Bug#2281：确认单条告警会跳界面；
2.修复Bug#2271：查询按钮无效；
=》默认优先级是只查询一级告警，如果没有一级告警，是不会有告警的；
3.修复Bug#2273：查询实时事项，过滤为全部时，不显示告警；
=》修改了同L15一致的逻辑；全部时，则认为不做该参数的过滤；
4.修复了checkbox背景难识别的问题；

5.当没有目录data，没有data/warninnum.txt,没有目录bmp时，自动创建，不能因为这个影响实时告警插件的加载；
