1：配置环境，启动后端服务
2：配置tomcat，使其能同时启动多个项目，并启动前端项目
3：配置nginx，关联前后端接口

没有使用nginx，因前端服务和后端服务在同一台机器，所以使用了静态ip+跨域方式解决
