em_hwt出现问题：
1：遗留大量文件，未处理；
2：log显示不全（没有体现出程序是否运行良好）
代码修改：
1：读队列部分，lastupdate时间处理修改；
2：log显示补充；
3：存盘多次失败后重命名处理；
