Description

控制菜单-自定义控制模式下，控制按钮显示优化：
结合数据库中F4011_DO表新加F4011_POINTDESC字段，优化控制按钮的显示功能，以区分按钮控制对象。

自定义控制，控制下发逻辑优化：控制时同一个[]中的控制点控制后，其他的点同时发出下控命令，且控制值均为0

自定义控制模式下,控制点绑定有多种写法：没有[]写法、有[]写法、混合写法（即部分点有[]，部分点没有[]）；
其中有[]时，[]里面的若干点在控制按钮下控时除了被控制的点按配置的控制值控制外，同一组[]内其他点需要同时控制且控制值均为0。
