Description

1.libddbc 中使用了WinExec, 此函数已经不建议使用了，换成CreateProcess，修改相关接口
并修改ehdbs,ehdbt相关接口代码

2.SEDB_SRVINFO中srvname[NETNUM][32]使用时默认用.srvname0去替换.srvname
