SHL15 25#站fep2(Debian8)的license.lic无效
再次手动单独执行 tsRegister -s lic29.41，重新拿其他站的tsRegister执行
然后生成tsRegister -c licenseinfo.cfg -k rsa_private_key_2048_pkcs8.pem -i 25-42.lic -o license.lic2542
任然无效。

20201229 15号线11#站的FEP（debian8）10.43.11.41出现license.lic无效，不能启动em_daq程序的问题
需要以MOXA da682B硬件环境，测试多网插拔网线，此时tsRegister -s licFile获取硬件信息文件进行对比，检测lic无效原因

20210104 SHL1510.43.25.42 FEP debian8 现场 采用FEP_V3.0.1_Debian8.7z发布的tsRegister 重新 获取网卡信息，对比原获取的信息文件数据，信息数据不同；
用新获取的网卡信息，新制作license.lic，对比新的license.lic与原制作的license.lic，数据也不同。
采用新的license.lic，重启em_daq 的FEP软件模块。
任然报无权限ERROR - Unvalid authorization
em_daq无法启动
现场临时采用20230530的有效期lic投用
附件是新获取和新做的license信息文件

15号线现场FEP Debian8也出现大量的站license.lic不可用，当前暂时采用20230530有效期版本的lic
