Description
1.在轮巡修改界面,点击向上和向下移动对摄像头进行重新排序.保存退出后,再次进来,发现不起作用.
2.向上和向下移动的时候,没有自动将选中的行进行调整.
3.删除轮巡组以后,发现此轮巡组对应的摄像头并没有被删除.

此问题需要编译cctvL15ui和in_cctv。得到新的cctvL15uid.dll和in_cctvC3.dll
